HUMP is a bi-weekly comedy show hosted by Jordan Carlos featuring New York City’s best comedians with a side of in-network therapy! Each show culminates with a willing audience member participating in a quick consult with a therapist and/or healer. Maybe a sex therapist one week, a doula, a hypnotist, or even a dominatrix… In short, expect anyone in the business of getting us over the aforementioned “HUMP…”
As part of the annual Sound Mind Festival, join us for an unforgettable day of creativity, connection, and celebration. Experience a "best of" of the programming that is available year-round at Sound Mind Center!
WOOM Breath Journey is a powerful self-inquiry voyage into heart-consciousness and the magical nature of reality. Breathwork is the original endogenous psychedelic. It induces cellular memory and invites unconscious content into conscious awareness, which makes this practice an opportunity to meet unmetabolized emotional, mental and physical charge, and to begin a process of honest energetic release and healing.
Join The FAM Music for our very first NYC gathering: an evening of connection, conversation, and creativity designed to create access, foster collaboration, and bridge generations and roles across the industry.
Come celebrate the release of CLOVER’s Debut EP, Atlas. Join us for an evening of vulnerable storytelling, group singing, freedom of expression, and catharsis. Bring your dancing pants and some tissues… you will most likely need them both.
CLOVER is a singer-songwriter from Frenchtown, NJ blending the genres of folk, pop, and soul. Inspired by the likes of Lake Street Dive, Maggie Rogers, and Carole King, she puts the energy of the 60s and 70s in conversation with contemporary music creating a sound that resonates across generations. From energetic and explosive groove-driven songs that get you on your feet, to songs that bring you to your knees in tears, CLOVER touches on topics of love, grief, sovereignty, confidence, and spirituality.
Join KHORIKOS as we celebrate the release of our latest album, Across the Open Spaces, a collection of unaccompanied choral music that explores distance and confronts loneliness, with an ethereal blend, rich harmonies, and bursts of dynamic color.
Join us for an evening centered around self-care and community: starting with a live podcast with author and holistic therapist Megan Sherer, in conversation with fellow author and co-founder of Faherty, Kerry Docherty. This is your chance to learn about healing your relationship patterns, and finally choose yourself. There will be a Q&A portion during the live podcast, so come with all of your biggest questions! Then stay for a guided meditation to connect to your future self, and a special sound healing with Nicole Casteel. We’ll end the evening with adaptogenic drinks, a book signing, and lots of goodies to take home.
